Premium apartments in front of the Manchester skyline
A total of 376 apartments are being built in five distinctive high-rise buildings. These are up to eight storeys high. Bridgewater Wharf is located between the digital business hubs of MediaCityUK, the trendy bars and restaurants of Deansgate and the elegant financial district of Spinningsfields.
Fire protection class B and efficient working as criteria for window sealing
William Arcroft and his team are responsible for installing the windows. For him it was clear: the traditional products for sealing windows are not efficient. The installation takes too long and the cleaning effort is relatively too high.
The robust, fully adhesive window tape Trestard 420 black FR fulfils the fire class B-s1,d0 required in Great Britain and is easy to apply. Furthermore, it is the ideal adhesive tape for the construction of high-rise buildings made of SFS, concrete or blockwork.
