The biggest office building to made from wood in Brittany

In addition to the offices and retail space, several green spaces have been created in and around the seven-storey building. The façades have also been greened, and the rooftops are used as community gardens.

The project is characterised by its innovative construction techniques using timber. The façade of the hybrid building is made from wood. The structure also has wooden columns, steel girders and CLT flooring.

Awarded for sustainable building

The project has won several awards in the area of “sustainable building”, including the Innovapresse Végétalisation / Tertiaire award, the BREEAM Excellent award, and the BBC Effinergie 2017 award.
