Train Passive House City, China

The world’s largest residential passive house estate is being built 100 kilometres to the south of Beijing. Up to 7.000 people will live on the site of the former freight depot. The new district will comprise more than 20 tower blocks, various museums, hotels, schools, office and residential buildings. Over 130 km of SIGA products have been used.
